1. What is the product?

The product name is Coffor Panels. It is stay-in-place form work that replaces brick-masonry wall and RCC column and beam structure based on design. The panels are made of galvanized steel and are manufactured at our modern plant based on the drawings provided by the client. Once the panels reach site, these need to be put in place with nominal support and concrete poured. The panels don't required any shuttering as there is galvanized steel mesh on both sides that prevents concrete to ooze out. Only water gets drained slowly thereby helping in perfect curing of the cement concrete mix. The panel stays in place providing strong reinforcement to the structure. In buildings where walls with Coffor Panel are cast along with normal RCC slab, the process creates a monolith structure which is earth-quake resistant. There is tremendous time and labour saving in Coffor Panel based construction since panels are manufactured in our plant and the brick-masonry work at the site is eliminated. Also Bungalows, Villas and low-rise buildings can be built without typical frame structure. Instead a monolith structure comprising of Coffor Walls and normal RCC slab is created in such cases. 3. Who are the potential customers?

Bungalows, Villas, Low rise buildings (upto G+4), Swimming Pools, Underground tanks, mass housing, very long boundary walls, storm water drainage etc are some projects where Coffor Panels can be used with time / labour / cost advantage.

4. What is scheme of Sales Agent / Business Partner?

Sales Agents are the representatives of COFFOR ® in their assigned territory. They scan the market, identify the potential project or customer, approach them, offer introductory information about the product and generate serious enquiries. After enquiry generation, the Sales Agents get in touch with Head Office for submission of proposal. The Sales Agents also follow up on all proposals, coordinate customer visits, order execution and post-sale support.

5. What qualifications should a Sales Agent or Business Partner have?

High enthusiasm and energy levels are important. Candidates should preferably be a Graduate in any field. Some experience in Construction field is desirable although not necessary. Computer proficiency (MS-Excel, MS-Word and Email) is mandatory. Also, good verbal, written and telephonic communication skills are needed.

6. I have my own business. Can I become your Business Partner?

Yes, if your existing business is in Construction related field. You can continue with your business and also be our Business Partner. However, you should devote sufficient time to the responsibilities of new business and achieve the assigned targets.

7. I am unemployed or working for an organization. Can I become your Sales Agent?

Yes. However, you should devote sufficient time to the responsibilities of a Sales Agent and achieve the assigned targets.

8. Shall you give any training to the Sales Agent or Business Partner?

Yes. Shortlisted candidates shall be called to Baroda (Gujarat) for induction & marketing training of 2-3 days.

9. Shall you give any marketing or promotional material to Sales Agent / Business Parner?

Yes. Such material shall be provided by COFFOR ®.

10. Who shall bear the cost of training and marketing/promotional material?

Shortlisted candidates shall be reimbursed reasonable travel expenses from city of their residence to Baroda and back. Lodging & Boarding at Baroda shall also be provided by COFFOR ® . There shall be no charge for training and marketing / promotional material.

11. What investment is required to be made by Sales Agent / Business Partner?

No financial investment is required to be made by the Candidates.

12. What is the space requirement?

Display / storage of product samples and marketing literature etc may take about 5 to 10 sq ft of space.

13. How much time should a Sales Agent / Business Partner devote?

On an average, one should devote 2 to 3 hours a day. Depending on number of potential customers, on-going enquiries, meetings and projects, the time to be devoted may increase. However, more successful deals shall also earn you more compensation.

14. What monetary benefits does a Sales Agent / Business Partner get?

The Sales Agent / Business Partner shall be paid monthly Fixed Compensation of Rs.5,000. In addition, an amount of Rs.1,000 per month shall be paid towards local and outstation travelling. The Sales Agents / Business Partners shall also get a commission @ 5% of the sales achieved. The Sales Agents shall be required to keep a Security deposit of Rs.10,000 with COFFOR ® for initial one year. The Security Deposit is collected to compensate COFFOR ® towards cost of training in case the Sales Agency is terminated within first year itself. This deposit shall be refundable at the end of 1st year. No interest is payable on the Security Deposit. For the convenience of the candidates, the Security Deposit shall not be collected upfront but deducted in 4 equal instalments from compensation payable during first 4 months of the contract.

15. What is the duration of appointment of a Sales Agent / Business partner?

Coffor ® believes in long term and mutually beneficial relationship. However, as a policy, the Sales Agents / Business Partners are appointed on probation for initial period of 6 months. Based on their performance, the contract may be continued on annual basis. In case of non-satisfactory performance during the probation period, their appointment can be terminated without any notice or any compensation. After probation, the contract can be terminated by either party after a notice of one month or compensation of Rs.10,000 in lieu thereof.

16. Does Sales Agent / Business partner have any set targets to achieve?

Yes. Annual targets shall be mutually discussed and agreed upon. The targets shall be reviewed every quarter.

17. Shall Sales Agent / Business partner have any fixed territory or type of potential customers?

Yes. Geographical Territory of the Sales Agents shall be defined. Generally, the company encourages its Sales Agents to work beyond their assigned territory if there is an opportunity in un-served area. Depending on the number of Sales Agents in a territory, there may be restrictions on type or number of potential clients that a Sales Agent may serve.

18. How many Sales Agents / Business partner shall be appointed in a City or District or State?

The number depends on company's assessment of business potential in a particular territory and the capabilities of the Sales Agent. The Company's endeavour is to maximize its business and also ensure that Sales Agents get sufficient growth opportunities commensurate with their capabilities.
